We will help you train your dog
“Westside Paws” are “Force-free” “Reward based” trainers.
We build, trust, love and respect between you and your dog as scientific evidence shows up-to-date training methods are NOT based around fear. We offer a professional dog training service - “helping you help your dog”.
When you meet with your “Westside Paws” trainer, Jazz, your session is personalised and tailored to you and your dog’s needs. The more information you provide in the online questionnaire form, the better.
Some examples of popular dog training requests.
Eg. setting puppy up at home, jumping up, barking, pulling on the lead, digging, lunging or reactivity, counter-surfing, noise phobias, bringing baby home, basic obedience etc.…..
Total duration: 1 hour
Cost Weekday business hours – 1 hour: $140 half hour $80
Subsequent Weekday sessions 1hr $100 (Follow up session price)
Subsequent Weekday sessions 30mins $60 (Follow up session price)
Cost Weekend – $20 extra per booking
*Prices include GST - please note we only service local, you must otherwise travel to us.
Every dog is different.
That is why our “one on one” sessions are to work with you - then you with “your” dog.
There is no quick fix for behaviour.
Retraining a dog takes time, patience, perseverance, consistency, clear handling skills, understanding and of course love - lots of love.
We are here to help you help your dog. Our style of training is gentle, calm and most of all teaching ‘you to understand your dog better’.

We do service the following areas for an extra fee
West Footscray & West Footscray = $50
Kingsville, Seddon & Yarraville = $30
Altona North, South Kingsville, Spotswood, North Williamstown & Williamstown = $20
Newport - no charge

Upon booking you agree to the Terms of Service
You must fill out the form below to the best of your knowledge.
You must declare if your dog has a bite history.
We will meet at a specified park, the whole family is welcome and encouraged.
